Hello there. MrIconiq here to drop my own request thread. My intro thread was kind of bare bones, but if you didn't check that out, I'm just announcing that I'm back on this site.
About me:
- 90s kid
- Southern US resident
- US Central Time zone
- Writer of over 10 years
- 3rd person POV only
- Writes at least 2 paragraphs per post (openers are lengthier to set the scene)
- Writes on threads, DMs for OOC only
- Checks in daily, replies depend on partner's activity level
The last few are kind of what I'm looking for in a partner. Lately I've been okay with a single, decent-sized paragraph from my partners, but if you can write more than one, that'd be great. I will say I'm hard set on 3rd person POV though. Also, it'd be great if you didn't do a time skip that goes so far ahead that there's no real build to the story.
I do write smut. It can be as low as 5%, it can be upwards of 95%. I write to my partner's comfort level. Now, while I don't have a long list of kinks, I will say there are two hard limits: I will not do incest (not even step-relatives) and I will not do rape. Ask for one, the other, or both, and the conversation ends there.
This is probably where I'm about to lose potential partners, but I can live with it. When it comes to writing, I prefer something in the modern/realistic/slice of life realm. Nothing against writers who write other things, I've just never been good at writing anything in the fantasy realm and I don't have the confidence to be able to do any fandoms justice. Now, as for what I have in mind, I'm doing a new concept that I've tried elsewhere that hasn't been a complete failure. I call it the "Plot Showcase". Basically, I present one plot with some ideas on how we can go with it and then we work together in DMs to piece an idea up until we feel we're ready to go. I'll keep each idea up for a week before moving on to the next one, and that's if the current idea presented doesn't get taken. I will also provide a character that can be used with the idea as well.
With that said, here is the first idea I have to be showcased:

Age: 21
Gender: Male

Height: 6'0
Weight: 200 lbs.
