I'd say its a toss up between FFV, FF: Tactics, and FFXI(I've been playing off and on since 2008)
FFT, eh? The absolute best title of the series, and yet so many FF fans seem to hate it. I get it, begrudgingly: totally different gameplay - which only works in my personal favor because I adore turn-based strategy - but the story is beyond amazing and I feel bad for those that miss out on it.
For me the runner-ups would be FFVI and FFVII.

Ah, a contrarian! Lol.
I haven't played the FFVII remakes all the way through, though I do like the graphics. Still not all that impressed with the remakes turning the gameplay in to... action-ish combat with turn-based elements? Stresses me out, to be honest. But I digress. The original was great and I was just the right age when it released -- I worshipped Sephiroth and Cloud.
