Allegedly, and this is strictly anecdotal and I have zero proof to back it up, the longer one goes without drinking milk the more severe of a response one will have when they do drink it again. Apparently this can lead to outright lactose intolerance. Again, no idea if it's true, but it sounds like it could be.
Y'know, now that I think about it my father used to be a big milk person when he was younger and then just steadily lost interest in milkover time. Several decades later he's pretty sensitive (though not necessarily intolerant) and has to eat cereal out of the box while drnking a glass of milk. I guess it makes sense.

As far as this thread goes, I am recognized as the overlord of unnecessary knowledge among my friends. So have this: When the Persian king Darius I attempted to subjugate his rebellious Greek colonies, he attempted to build a portable bridge over the Dardanelles/Hellespont (basically a really narrow waterway that separates Greece from mainland Turkey, controlled by Persia). This was a huge engineering project completely unheard of in that day and it wouldn't be attempted again for several hundred years at least. Fortunately, his engineers were talented enough to pull it off by essentially linking a large chain of small rafts together into a floating "bridge." The night before the several hundred thousand strong Persian army was set to cross, a massive storm came through and blew it to pieces all across the ocean. Understandably angered by this, word came from Darius to have the sea whipped 30 times for disobedience.

I'm ambidextrous, meaning I use both hands. But, for somethings I only use one hand. I shoot with my left. I write with both. I sign (I know ASL) with my left. I do my makeup with my right.

When I can't sleep I chainsmoke weed.

I have an obbsession with Vinyl reccords. Most notably "Abbey Road" and "A night at the Opera" By the beatles and and Queen.

I can't stand my hair. I cut it every few weeks, it grows so fast.

This is most likely true as the enzymes needed to break down lactose are only made by the body if they need to be. So if you don't drink milk regularly, your body will gradually stop producing them, making it more difficult when you do drink milk again.

The same thing happens with red meat. If you go a long time without eating it, it can be difficult to digest once you start again.
