I'd really like for your character to be morally neutral rather than evil. Someone who is capable of coercion and manipulation motivated by selfish desires without necessarily being an objectively bad person. And I'm also a sucker for uniforms or professional outfits. Outside of that, I'd like to provide as much freedom as possible.
Starter Plot Ideas:
Not married to any of these scattered ideas, just wanted to provide some context on what's been sitting in my brain.
I'm thinking over the course of the story, our characters never enter a traditional romantic relationship. There's a mutual understanding between them of the true nature of their dynamic that naturally unfolds.
With Serra working from home, I'd like to include a variety of predicaments centered around her feeling scared or embarrassed that colleagues will figure out sexual things are happening to her during work hours. Similar vibe of thrill with a different context that isn't work is totally cool too (i.e. Serra is on the phone with a friend and goes to great lengths to appear normal while getting railed).
Not sure how this happens, but I'm enjoying the thought of your character organically slipping into Serra's life. It accents her character arch of missing a certain type of stimulation in her life and being very vulnerable to it when it appears.
