Hello, peeps. It's my first time posting here, so forgive me if this prompt isn't fully optimised.
Reply length: I am fine with 1-2 paragraphs of plot progression. I prefer the replies to be dynamic, based on how the plot is progressing. Not a stickler for perfect grammar.
Reply frequency: Usually available on weekends, weekdays can be a bit sporadic, depends on my work schedule, so please forgive me if I don't reply during the weekdays.
The plot:
Meghana has always been the studious type. She never really meshed well together with the popular kids during high school. Her priority had always been to get grades, and to get into her dream college. Her childhood sweetheart also, supported her in that dream, and both of them tried their best to get into the same college. While, Meghana did get in, her bf wasn't accepted into the college.
Without her support system, she was here in a unknown place. While, she did get into her college, the lack of a social life, the coursework soon took a toll on her. Even though, she didn't have much friends during high school, at least she had her bf, who had been her rock, but now she felt completely alone. Her roommate, knowing what Meghana is going through, introduces a new lifestyle to her. While, hesitant at first, Meghana follows her along in one of her typical night outs. Is she going to get charmed by the other end of the spectrum? Or is she going to be able to balance her studies, and the glam of the lifestyle her roommate leads? Does she spiral, into the party lifestyle to reduce her stress? Meet people who drag her into this new way of life, or maybe someone supportive, who can be her new rock?
Alternatively l,
Meghana, instead of staying in the dorms, can stay with her aunt, who lives in the same city. Her aunt, having seen Meghana struggle a lot with her college life, takes her out for a couple of drinks, and that's where Meghana gets to see a new side of her generally reserved, and serious aunt. She guides Meghana that, the best way to beat out the stress of loaded coursework, is to work hard, and then party as hard afterwards.
We can limit the rp, to just Meghana as my character, but if you are up for multiple character rp then, both Meghana, and roommate can be my characters, or in the alternative case the aunt. You can play multiple characters if you are up for it.
If you have read this far, feel free to share your thoughts, on how to build the world together. Hope to hear from you soon.
